Human Resources Development<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>

The working group focuses on fostering networking and the exchange of experiences among HR professionals in various areas of human resources development. It aims to promote active collaboration across all areas of human resources and leadership development. The focus is on raising awareness\u2014particularly among medium-sized companies and institutions in Saxony\u2014of sustainable human resources development topics and approaches. <\/p>\n

In times of a growing shortage of skilled workers and managers, the working group aims to support regional companies in enhancing and developing their own workforce potential. The focus is equally on exploring strategic human resources development approaches and on sharing expertise and methods from both strategic and operational human resources development. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
