The introduction of new technologies requires special attention to acceptance and participation. How can employees be involved as early as possible in the process? What does the use of data-based applications mean for data protection? As part of the PerspektiveArbeit Lausitz (PAL) project, a workshop on the introduction of an assistance system for manual production was held at IMM electronics GmbH in Mittweida, moderated by Katrin Meusinger from Silicon Saxony. It marked the start of the next project steps, which will involve increasingly close collaboration with employees.
